GOODBYE LULLABY, Avril's fourth studio album is coming out in March 8th, but the first single since "Girlfriend(2007)" called 'What The Hell" is coming out in Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2011 and she's giving you a free download of the song on New Year's Day.
